CONTROL SYSTEMS
DIGITAL GOVERNOR :
Our Governing System is suitable for various types of Hydro-Turbines:
(a) Francis (b) Pelton (c) Turgo-impulse (d) Kaplan (d) Others,
This system is built around high performance micro-controller, and software code is embedded, in chip itself, both synchronies and isolated operation of machine, is adequately performed. All hydraulic operational parameters are under its watch. This machine has robust designed , and its operation is very easy.
STATIC EXCITOR SYSTEM (SEU) :
This system is based on high performance micro-controllers, with embedded technology. The Alternator Voltage Regulator (AVR) and Automatic Power Factor Controller (APFC) is housed in a single cubicle. The system has AC/DC field flashing circuit, and is suitable for isolated and grid synchronized operation. The AVR has two independent regulators i.e Automatic and Manual. The rectification is done by full SCR bridge.
AUTOMATIC VOLAGE REGULATORS (AVR) FOR ALTERNATORS :
This system is designed to work as exciter, for brushless Alternators. This is low cost state of art device, and brush type version, is also available with us.
AUTOMATIC POWER FACTOR CORRECTION RELAY:
This system is based on high performance military grade micro-controller, with embedded technology, and power factor of designated plant, is corrected by controlling capacitors, by switching in/out them, by this relay.
DIGITAL SPEED-DRIVES:
DC - Drive: These drives are micro controller based four quadrant drive, using full thyristor bridges, to control motor speeds, with braking and soft start.
AC - variable frequency drive : These drives are micro-controller based, with embedded code, for controlling motor speed and torque, it has in built soft-start and braking functions. Available in Scalar & Vector format.
AC V/F drives: These are vector drive giving constant torque at variable
Speed. The drive are flame proof with inbuilt soft start and braking
Function. The chopper is based on IGBT bridge.
SOFT STARTER for Induction motors: Micro-controller based high performance state of the art machines, SCR chopper for managing high starting current, they are low cost and robust.
